These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FinTrack SME mobile application ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms.
FinTrack SME is a bookkeeping tool for small and medium businesses. It is provided to help you record and review your own financial information on your device.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your own backups. Because records are stored on your device, uninstalling the app or resetting your device will remove your data. The app is a record-keeping aid and does not constitute accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, profits or business, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Keeping your own backups is your responsibility.
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
